Farmer’s Market Vendor Information

We are so excited to welcome vendors to our Lexi Lou Farmer’s Markets!

Market Days:
• Tuesdays | 4 PM – 7 PM
• Thursdays | 4 PM – 7 PM
• Select Saturdays | Store hours adjusted to 9 AM – 1 PM

Vendor Booth Details:
• $15 booth fee per market day
• Payment is required each time to secure your spot
• Once you sign up for a market date, this is considered a vendor contract
• If you are unable to attend after signing up, you must notify Lexi Lou as soon as possible
• Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, tents, and display materials
• Booth setup must be completed before market opening
• Vendors may not pack up early unless approved
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all trash
• Booth spaces are first paid, first reserved

Advertising & Promotion:
• Once signed up, vendors are encouraged to send any business information, product photos, or promotional materials they would like advertised on the Lexi Lou page
• Vendors are welcome and encouraged to tag Lexi Lou in their own promotional posts to help grow the Farmer’s Market community
• We love supporting small businesses and want to help showcase your products!

• Please help us create a fun, welcoming, and successful market experience for our community
